STREAM CLIPPER

Turn hours of stream into viral clips. Twitch, Kick, YouTube.

Upload a livestream recording. The page measures loudness in the browser, keeps the sudden reactions, and cuts vertical shorts. A vision model scores sample frames only when one is configured.

Upload a VOD file. This page does not fetch a stream link. Long recordings are read in chunks, and files over 400 MB take longer.

Short options

Facecam region

Facecam

Drag the box onto the face, or pull the handle to resize it. Arrow keys move it. Alt and an arrow key resizes it. It stays inside the frame and sits on top of the gameplay.

Free. Audio-only scoring, 0 credits.

How Stream Clipper works

Export the VOD and drop that file here. The page measures loudness in the browser, weights a yell or a laugh after silence, and cuts those windows. It does not log into Twitch, Kick, or YouTube.

Choose 15, 30, or 60 seconds. A shorter file is refused. A quiet VOD returns only the spikes it has. Long recordings are read in ten-minute audio chunks, and files over 400 MB show a warning first.

Twitch, Kick, and YouTube VODs

Use a saved Twitch or Kick broadcast, or a YouTube live archive. Drag the facecam box or pick center crop. Both exports are 720×1280 for TikTok, Shorts, and Reels, with burned-in captions and an SRT.

Audio-only scoring is free and does not require a sign-in. A credit estimate shows only when vision scoring is on. A new file clears the previous shorts. Cancel stops a pass that is still running.

FAQ

Does Stream Clipper download a Twitch, Kick, or YouTube VOD?

No. Upload a file you already have. This page does not fetch a stream URL and it does not use Twitch or Kick logos.

Where does the recording go?

It stays in this browser. Loudness is measured here, including long files read in chunks. A vision model scores frames only when one is configured, and that is the only time credits are spent.

Is the audio-only score free?

Yes. With no vision model configured, the price is Free, 0 credits. The credit estimate appears only while vision scoring is active. A free run does not require a Cutshed account.

How does the facecam stack work?

Drag a box around the face. That region is scaled on top and the rest of the frame sits below it, in a 720×1280 picture. Center crop is the other 9:16 option. The box stays inside the frame.

Can captions be burned in?

Yes. Bold captions can burn into the short, and the ZIP includes an SRT. If the cutter cannot burn the line, the SRT is still included.

What files are refused?

A file shorter than the clip length, a video with no audio track, and a file that is not a readable video all stop with a plain explanation. Files over 400 MB show a size warning before the chunked read.
